2. Service Definitions

Services: Consultations, workshops or live analysis sessions related to Swiss political topics.

Information Products: Digital reports, guides, and analysis materials.

Goods: Physical merchandise branded by Referendo.

3. Service Provision

Booking of any service may be scheduled and modified. A full refund may be granted upon request received at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Please note a service clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase cannot be subject to reimbursement. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in allocation of our expert resources.

Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your service once at no extra fee if notice is given at least 48 hours before the original date.

4. Information Product Access

Access to digital materials is provided immediately after purchase. If the materials do not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after access is granted may be accepted only in case of defective files. All approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days.

5. Merchandise Guidelines

Physical items can be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for undesired items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 days of confirmation. For defective merchandise, a replacement can be provided at no additional charge.

6. Reimbursement Procedure

To initiate a reimbursement, please contact us via Contact us. Provide your order details and reason for request. Approved reimbursements will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may choose a store voucher valid for future Referendo services or products.

7. Amendments

These terms may be revised at any time. Significant changes will be posted here with an updated effective date in 2025. Continued use of Referendo services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
